The bristles are so soft that they don’t do much except remove surface dirt, etc., that is otherwise also easy to remove.

this set of brush heads are a great choice for cleaning carpet and other upholstery. the softer bristles give a thorough yet gentle clean, while having a standard adapter for drills. best suited with a cordless, but my corded makita works well with these. I like the solid base and construction of them, which allows you to get into corners and get aggressive angles with it.

I bought this brush set to clean severe coffee stain from clear plastic insulated cups. I had been looking for this type and size of brush for a long time. When the kit arrived, I was pleased that the cone-shaped brush seemed to be sized with my coffee cup in mind. It worked the first time. Dampened and coated the inside of the cup with scouring powder, inserted the brush and started the cordless drill. The stain began to disappear almost immediately. Moving the brush in and out a bit seemed to be most effective (but I discovered that when the bristles were moved out of the cup even a little, the wet scouring powder flew everywhere!). It took maybe 5 minutes to remove all of the coffee stain – mission accomplished! No stain and no damage to the soft plastic cup. The right tool for the job – happy to recommend!

These were just what I needed to clean my shower. It’s a slate shower, and I let a lot of gunk build up along the bottom and edges, and without these I’d have been on my hands and knees with a scrubber for a long time. With these, I was able to attach a brush to my electric drill, spray the shower down with cleaner meant for stone, and I was able to dislodge all that grime in a few minutes. I’m sure I’ll come up with more uses for this, but even if I just use it for cleaning the shower, I’d say it’s a good buy.

I picked up a set of these soft brushes as well as a matching set of the hard bristle brushes to use on some jobs around the house. Man, did these speed up some tedious chores! It’s nice that this kit gives you 3 different options (a large flat puck, a smaller flat puck, and a large 3D cone), which allows you to reach and clean tight spaces. The 1/4″ bit is pretty standard with today’s power tools, so there should be no worries as to “will this fit my tool?”.
So far, I’ve used these soft brushes on cleaning speaker grilles, tough-to-scrub bathroom ledges, and interior car spots. They are holding up quite nicely. I recommend cleaning out the brushes after each use, as you don’t want the soft bristles to hold onto any debris for the next job, potentially scratching your surface. Their build quality feels decent and I suspect these will last for many jobs in the future. This, of course, assumes that you don’t press down super hard and crush all your brushes when in use, but hey, sometimes you really gotta get in there. If you are going to be using these on heavy duty jobs, the price is reasonable enough that you can probably afford to buy a backup set to have on hand. I would buy these again in the future if needed.

I bought this drill brush set to help me with some cleaning tasks around the house, and I have to say I’m pretty impressed with the results. The brushes are soft enough to not scratch the surfaces, but still effective at removing dirt and grime. They fit easily into my cordless drill and are easy to clean and store.

I brushed my two vehicles together while backing one out of the garage [Doh!]. The resulting scuffs would not wipe away with rubbing of paper towels. I bought these brushes (and their medium cousins) to see if they could buff out the damage. They go into the drill just like a drill bit. I used the flat surfaced one and went slow at first. It didn’t seem to matter so I speed things up. The scrapes disappeared! There was a small break in the paint on one car — but the brush did not enlarge this at all. I am very satisfied with the results. I never even had to open the medium ones but will use them on the grout in our bathroom tile.

I got all 3 stiffnesses for these brushes so that I would have the full range to work with. I think that the Soft and the Medium will get the most use. I’ve used the soft bristles on wood furniture w/ no scratching. However I would not use it on a car’s paint. The bristles are soft yet they will remove loose dirt with ease. I’ve used them for cleaning some of my kid’s tennis shoes with some very good results. This brand is very close to other brands that you would purchase from “big box” hardware stores like Lowes / HD, but at a fraction of the cost. All in all. I think these are a better deal.
