Amazon Customer –
Called Detroit Axle as product is defective. When you call them they say they are under warranty. Their warranty is for a replacement. They are out of struts and don’t know when they will have a replacement. Meanwhile they have our money!!! Poor customer service. Go on internet and read their reviews and they have been reported to BBB many times. Wish we did!! Can’t believe Amazon allows them to be a vendor. I had more trust in Amazon!!!
SNS Communications –
They were only on truck 2 weeks and they were bad. Sounded as if they were falling apart.

After I installed they make noise, not a good quality product

I ordered these struts for a 2017 Ford Explorer, they are defective. Installed them on my vehicle and from day 1 they made weird sounds. Sometimes it sounded like rusty springs, and other times clunky. I have reached out to them 3 times to request an exchange and no one will contact me.
Amanda Browning –
Low quality parts. Seller would not stand behind product, warranty policy is very poor. Would not recommend. Spend more money on quality parts with a real warranty.
Robert Overton –
Returned the parts in good faith, No refund, now im out $180 AND parts. THANKS FOR NOTHING. Total rip off
Cathleen Nesgoda –
After 2K miles the struts went bad, clunking and not a smooth movement when driving. Had a Ford Mechanic remove the struts and when the top plate was removed the bearings just fell apart. The Mechanic rebuild the struts using Ford Motorcraft parts.
