I ordered struts for my 2002 Toyota tundra in December of last year. I just happened to glance down out of curiosity to see how the struts are doing and I noticed they are completely destroyed. The rubber on the bushings are completely pushed out on both. I’ve been driving on them less than a year under normal pavement conditions. I drive back-and-forth to work on pavement only I even go slow over speedbump’s. There’s no reason in the world the bushings should be falling apart like that unless there’s shotty material being used. I talked to the manufacturer, they said they only had a 90 day warranty. I told them that at my own expense if they provided the bushings I will have them taken down to a local shop and pressed in. They said they don’t do that, sorry you’re just out of luck. A few months ago I bought the same pair for my brothers identical truck and I can see that his is starting to go as well. That’s probably why they only have a 90 day warranty, that’s about how long they last. Now it’s going to cost me $400 locally to have new ones put in. The week that I installed them I wrote a excellent review based on appearance and ease of installment. But I highly do not recommend that anyone buy this product because of the subpar material being used and the subpar customer service that I received in trying to resolve it. Amazon has worked well with me on this matter to resolve it.

I was really dreading doing the shocks on the truck. The OE shocks went for 283000 miles. It was so worth paying a little more for the whole assembly. You dont need spring compressors no special tools at all. They went in easy. I read others saying they had to loosen tie rod end to get it in I used a prybar to push down on A arm and the bottom bolt slid right in. These saved me so much time and bloodied knuckles. The price is such a bargain. They are exactly the same as the OE ones. Quality is excellent. Would definatley recommend to anyone needing to replacements for their vehicle. 3- nuts and one bolt. had both installed using hand tools for everything in less than 30 minutes.

Installed on my 2002 Toyota Tundra. As others have commented, the driver’s side takes longer to install. Time will tell if they hold up like the original OEM struts.
