Denso is the OEM for the original and they have even improved the original with this latest O2 sensor.
If you are going to replace an O2 sensor be sure to to prepare in advance by spraying the bolts with PB Blaster at least 24 hours in advance. It was still a pain to remove the old rusted off nuts but once that was done this product went right in with a perfect fit and connected directly to the original electrical connector.
