This is a nice low-profile (less wind drag, more streamlined — better fuel economy??) wiper blade, but after less than a year it’s not wiping very well: it does fine on the “upstroke” but leaves a trail of tiny droplets on the “return stroke.”
This appears to be identical to the older (until some time in 2014) Toyota-branded OEM wiper blades — but without the Toyota name, of course — and the genuine Toyota 85214-68020 refill (Amazon item# B003FADK7C) fits it perfectly. The later Toyota-branded wiper blades are not intended to have the rubber part replaced: they want us to replace the whole wiper blade and spend more money.
Since wiper blades — even apart from the rubber part — do not last for ever (there are moving metal parts which after a while may not move as easily as when new), I may buy another of these to keep as a spare, as I am not sure that they are still being made.
