There was some confusion over whether this is the correct cabin air filter for my 2005 Toyota Sienna LE 3.5L V6 mini-van but I can confirm and assure you the one I got from amazon (not 3rd party) DOES FIT PROPERLY. It also came in an all white Denso box and was also all pink color too. It is an exact fit for the white plastic holder that comes out of the glove compartment area.
I also like that this item is MADE IN USA as you can see from the box with UPC Code 042511077447 this is a great buy for only $7.64 each! I am going to stock up on this since this is for an older series Sienna.

The AC in my 2008 Prius was freezing up. Would have to run with it off for a while to thaw it out. My mechanic asked if the cabin filter had a charcoal layer. He said to replace it with one without charcoal. I no longer have a freezing issue. Thanks thepriusguy.com

I picked up a pair of these for my two Toyota vehicles. These are the OEM replacement and they fit perfectly. Out of the box they have a slight pink color which I’m guessing is some kind of adhesive made to trap dirt/dust. I can’t think of any other reason they’d be this color. Installation was easy. The old ones were gross and caked with leaves/dirt.
After the swap I can’t really tell that there’s significantly more airflow from the dash vents but I feel better that all the “junk” on the old filter isn’t being spread around the car.

I’ve been using the Fram 9846A Fresh Breeze cabin filter with charcoal on my 2007 Toyota Prius exclusively since replacing the filter that came with the car. I wanted to try something different since I read thicker filters can tax the blower motor. The Fram did seem like a thick filter to me.
Reading that the Denso was an OEM product was reassuring and it looked good in the photos. However, the filter I received didn’t look like the one in the photo. It was pink (which actually looks cool) but it was so thin. I don’t remember the filter that came with the car being so thin, and it looked thinner than the other filters for sale. I am including a photo that compares it with the Fram 9846A and a photo with a light in the background showing how thin the filter medium is. The filter medium didn’t feel durable and and you can see it wasn’t uniform and could probably let small particles through.
The product did come in a Denso box, so I assume I received an authentic product. I’ve been using the Denso filter for most of 2022. It has captured some debris, so it does something. I haven’t noticed any improvement in the functioning of my ventilation system, so I think I’ll go back to a filter that is better made and appears to offer better filtration.

I liked this filter because it fit perfectly And my old one was extremely dirty. My husband put it in for me. Toyota dealership wanted to charge me $60.00 to replace it when I could get the correct filter with the Amazon help line. When you order it before you go to the check out, the site wants you to check to see if the size is correct for your particular car. I had chosen the wrong one and I was very happy the seller had that information line on the site before you buy it. It fit perfectly.
