I just changed this oxygen sensor this morning. So not a lot of miles to give an in-depth evaluation. My check engine light has not come back on. Denso has a good reputation so I don’t expect any issues.
Still, it seemed important to clear up a couple of things. First, the current picture of the connector is not accurate. It is correct for my application (upstream “right” or rear on a 2012 Chrysler T&C although Amazon only shows downstream left it is also good for both upstream on that model) but the keys are offset, not centered. Picture attached.
Also, they nicely include a small tube of copper thread anti-seize.

Sent the wrong part. The part number, according to Denso, is correct in the listing but I was sent an upstream sensor. Now the old sensor is removed and I don’t have the correct one, I have to source locally at double the price as well as take time away from the repair to source this part. 2015 Wrangler

Installed on my 14 jeep wrangler downstream bank 1, (which is on passenger side) and it was a direct fit. Cleared trouble code too!!

Decent oxygen sensor. Have replaced a few of them now on a 2014 Caravan. Note that this 234-4545 model is used for both the oxygen sensors on the radiator side, but only ONE of the sensors on the firewall side (the top one aka upstream).
Something is different on the lower firewall O2 sensor (either wire length or harness, maybe both, I can’t recall), so you have to use a different model for it (234-4547 I believe) though I haven’t had to change that one out yet so can’t confirm.

My daughter was driving back to college and I wanted to change the O2 sensors to eliminate her check engine light. I spent a lot of time pulling both upstream and downstream O2 sensors. I compared the downstream O2 sensors and found that the connector was wrong on the new part. I checked the Amazon picture and the connector was square. The sensor that arrived had a round connector. I cleaned the old sensor as best I could, reinstalled it, and sent my daughter on her drive back to college. I was Very upset. The upstream O2 sensor that I also purchased would not thread. 2017 Jeep Renegade Latitude 2.4 Gas
