Perfect fit for a 2007 honda pilot, this sensor is the bank 1 downstream rear.

My 2005 Honda Odyssey Touring with 221k miles had a P0138 code for Bank 1 Downstream oxygen sensor. This is the sensor near the firewall, downstream of the rear cat. The length of the wiring was slightly longer then the OEM, but no issue with clearances/fit. Fairly straightforward replacement.
New part included copper anti-seize, which was very useful.
The OE wiring clips aren’t reusable, so I matched up the original part and marked the clipping locations with a sharpie on the new. I then transferred the clipping bracket to the new part and used small zip ties.
P0138 code had to be cleared with code reader, but hasn’t recurred.

Checked around on pricing and Amazon was lowest that could get to me in a decent amount of time. I have read to stick with the Denso sensors so I did. Replaced the sensor today and had no issues with the sensor at all. PB Blaster on the old one for 20 minutes, put an O2 Socket on it and it unscrewed fairly easy. Put the anti-seize (that came with the new sensor) on the threads and threaded the new one in. Connected the cable and started the car. I cleared all of the codes that were in the computer. The clips that support the O2 wires are probably the hardest thing to deal with I broke the top one (on purpose) and removed both the bottom ones by removing the small support they mount onto so I could open them in a place where I could see how they work. To open the clips you have to use two small screwdrivers to unlock the teeth from both directions so taking them out of the car was a much better idea for me. I monitored the new O2 along with the Bank 2 sensor 2 (did not replace, yet) to see how they did compare. The new sensor reacts so much better and smoother, the older sensor seems to jump around on the signal quite a bit more often. As of now, I would buy again and I happy with the results and the performance of the sensor.
I hope this helps someone if they are on the fence for doing this replair themselves or ordering this part from Amazon. BTW I was not given anything for doing this review.

It worked! Engine light gone. I just question the wire covering. Hopefully it doesn’t wear out quickly. Made up of black rubbery plastic. Hope it lasts the heat of the engine plus the heat of summer driving.
