Purchased for a 1999 Honda Civic Ex Coupe. Had p0420 code. O2 sensors appear to never have been changed so I replaced both in hopes of the code going away. Easy to install. Everything looked good. Antiseize packet was not included. It’s now already on the threads. Overall can’t go wrong with Denso. Pray this code goes away.

Great product. Bought a lesser brand downstream sensor and 99 honda crv still threw codes about overvoltage and whatnot in the sensor. Installed this one and no codes . high quality and oem fit.

If you have a 99-00 Civic Si (B16A2) this is the downstream sensor. The upstream sensor is Denso part number 234-4011.
I don’t think you can go wrong with Denso or NGK. If you have a ‘vintage’ Honda or any Honda for that matter, Denso and NGK are as good as it gets. High quality, well engineered, long lasting. I wouldn’t use anything else for ‘mission critical’ parts replacement, parts that if they fail or don’t perform to spec might result in a tow or worse, do damage to other systems in the car.
My only nit pick and not a Denso issue is that the boxes were in rough shape, appear to have been opened. The parts appeared to be brand new, no sign of having been installed or mishandled. Possible that they’re returns but I can’t be sure.

Engine light off after installing the Denso o2 sensor on my 2000 Honda Crv happy with the replacement part also wanted to give customer service a 5 Star review too! The original O2 sensor I ordered never made it to my house by the deadline date. I gave it another week nothing so I contacted customer service and they gave me the option of a refund or a replacement obviously I chose the part.

Works great in my 99 Honda CRV. It has been 2 weeks and no check engine light. So I guess that means it works!
