Just bought and installed both upstream sensors on 2000 Silverado 1500 5.3. Also got the split socket tool which turned out to be a good idea. The sensors come with no anti seize which wasn’t a huge deal. On my truck both original sensors broke free ok but the passenger upstream was a bear to remove. Other than that it was straight forward. I like denso parts so hopefully these will stand the test of time. The o2 sensors I took out were really clogged. Surprised that even worked. This is one of those pot luck replacements especially on a truck as old as mine. Just glad I could get them out and replaced.

Good product, exactly the part I needed for a good price. Replaced the upstream O2 on my turbo Silverado.

  3. Shadow2000

Installed on Passenger Side and work so far as with all products time will tell. But they fit just like originals and initially worked.

I bought two cheaper 02 sensors and installed them in my 97 Chev Corvette. Both brand were not reading or showing no detection. I replaced the cheap sensors with Denso 02 Sensors and the check engine light went off. I could also hear my vehicle idling smoother. This brand actually does work. Stay away from the cheaper brands and buy something worth the money, you will save youself a lot of time and less headaches.

So my 1998 GMC Truck C1500 5.0L threw a CEL codes P0133 (slow to low readings) and P0135 (Heater Circuit not Functioning). Ordered the day before and it arrived today at 6:00PM on a Sunday to Boot. 10 minutes later, my old truck is happy again. Owner too. DON”T WAIT TOO LONG ON THIS SIMPLE REPAIR! A faulty O2 SENSOR will cause poor gas mileage and good clog your Catalytic Convertor.

I needed oxygen sensors for my 2001 Chevy Blazer. My truck has 3 oxygen sensors, and one after the CAT went bad causing rough idle and increased fuel consumption. Also, the engine light would come on almost everyday, after I clear the code.

All 3 oxygen sensors are the exact same on these trucks, so if you have a 1998-2005 s10 with the 4.3 vortec, or a 1998-2005 Blazer with the 4.3 Vortec, this oxygen sensor will work, and you can buy three of these to change all the oxygen sensors.

I decided to go with these Denso oxygen sensors because Denso is reputable, and makes great OEM parts that fit and function just like OEM. I have never had issues with Denso parts, ever.

These oxygen sensors also came with graphite anti-seize already applied to the threads, which is nice, but copper would have been a better choice for exhaust components.

I just needed one oxygen sensor, but decided to just replace all 3, since the original ones were all 24 years old. Took me 30 minutes to replace. My truck now runs and idles much smoother, and based on the scan tool reading, it seems these o2 sensors work just like it should!

Used to replace downstream o2 sensor in an old 2000 Chevy S10. Great price! Less expensive than local auto parts store options but a little more expensive than a few of the options I found on Amazon. Decided to spend a little more on this one because of the high reviews. I was able to get this one in Oct 2024 for $23 vs some for as low as I think I saw around $15. Decided it’s worth the extra $8 or so for the highly reviewed product and it worked great.

Installed as a replacement on my GMC Jimmy, works flawlessly. Appears to match the OEM in quality.

Tried 2 other brands and neither resolved O2 sensor faults. Mechanic stated Denso brand was the manufacturers suggested brand! Faults immediately resolved after installation! Costly lesson learned. First brand I used which was hyped as high quality caused my catalytic converters too go bad 👎! Cost me $1000.00 to replace. Chunks of catalysis material was blowing out exhaust. Installed 4 new Bosch brand sensors after converters replaced and sensor faults came back after reset. Mechanic stated Denso brand was the manufacturers suggested brand. I installed all 4 new ones myself and faults reset automatically upon first start up. Engine running smoothly after onboard computer allowed time to make corrections. Really upset that Bosch brand did not function as stated in their description 😕! Returned for refund. 1st set I installed had a one year warranty were only in a few weeks, while I tried to trace and test wires and other sensors and even replaced computer. 6 months later with original computer reinstalled , still getting O2 faults. I installed Denso O2 sensors and problems solved 👌!
