Made in China. Appears to be of high quality, and Delphi has a good name, but could not give it 5 stars because of the Chinese manufacture. Other than that perfect fit, nice thick gasket included, and most importantly, solved the idle issues for my 1999 Ford Crown Victoria.

Has the sticker with the same part number as the Hitachi IAC, therefore it’s an OE. Worked right away on Ford Crown Victoria 2000 and 2001.
Watch those fasteners! They tend to fall and disappear. The spot on the modular V8 is quite awkward.
The shipment was quick, the packaging was more than adequate.

Fit perfectly. Fixed my sporadic problem of too high an idle or occasional dying. My last one from autozone only lasted two years so feel better going with Delphi

Got 2 of them now one went out same day started wishing the second lasted a month still have had no help getting them shipped back with Amazon 3 party I’m out 150 oem better has spring and other stuff that makes them last do not get this

It all started with a humming sound when i would start my car up on colder days. The sound would go away then reoccur depending on my pressure on the gas pedal. I did the research and found out the ACV was bad. This was a very inexpensive fix and extremely easy to DIY. Google it! It took me about 20 minutes (TOTAL!) to get it installed, test drive, and verification the sound was gone. Save yourself the money (Local Car Repair quoted me $200 to replace it) and DIY!

exact same piece that came off of my crown vic except brand new. this product is awesome. my crown vic was stalling at idle temperamentally and was having trouble idling due to the fact that i let my crown vic idle for long periods of times sometimes and it did as it is an ex police car. so the idle air control valve was being used a lot. and thus its need to be replaced. i love the quality of Delphi products.
