Easy replacement on a Daewoo Lanos 1.6 Sport (2002). Still fine after 2 months in use.
Just wish it had come with fresh bolts to fit it as the stock ones were all but destroyed after I removed them.

This item either works or it does not. When it is working properly it will keep you engine at the proper idle when all other variables are satisfied.
I have installed the valve on my 89 Pontaic GM LE . The sticking of the idle no longer is happening. You will get an engine code when this valve is not performing in the range of opening and closing for a specific time duration. Code 35 as is referred to. You can check your old valve by unplugging it at different idle speeds and measuring the tip distance after you cut the car off. You are checking for movement.
Clean the port for a good seat before installing the new valve. Make sure the connection is making good contact when plugging in. Don’t install without the red o-ring in the proper position. Re-calibrate the gas pedal before starting.
