No good. Resistance tested good 100k ohms but no frequency output when tapped.

Needed something to plug the hole left when I removed the old one. This one fit perfectly. Installed on a 1999 GMC Yukon with 5.7 Vin R engine.

Works as it should

Fits and works for my 1996 Chevy Suburban 5.7L. Make sure to note the depth of the threads and be aware coolant will drain out of the location.
Adam Meagher –
Replaced this sensor on my 89 Chev S10, direct replacement and worked like it should

Right out of the box this part didnt work. I replaced all the parts needed on the scan and still ran like crap. After taking it to a shop both this part and my egr valve I got on Amazon were faulty.

Good product but wrong part for 1995 and earlier c1500’s. Before 96 the knock sensors had 1 – 10 ohms of resistance, 96-99 they have 100 ohms of resistance. this product has 100 ohms of resistance. My 93 c1500 didn’t like it.
