At this point I’m going to give this starter a poor review because it was used to start a skid steer less than 10 times since and it quit working and purchased one month ago. I have made attempts to contact the company and at this point I cannot get through and they have not returned my call after 2 days. This is a piece of equipment that I need and do not have time to wait. Hopefully with this
review someone will decide to give me a call back at the numbers that I have left.

Replaced the solenoid/start on my Case D35 tractor with this assembly. This was a great value compared to the OEM project, and replacement fit was perfect. Starts up the first time and every time now!

It worked well right off the bat. Excellent price. The delivery was quick. My only complaint is the plunger tube inside the solenoid get corroded easily and prevents the plunger from returning to its original position therefore keeping the starter from stopping. The reason for the corrosion is a ventilation orifice that allows moisture to seep in. That’s not the fault of the design because in my case the starter had to be installed in almost an upside-down position therefore inverting the breather tube and allowing water to pour in instead of draining out … my bad! I just ordered a new one, this time I’ll be more careful which way the breather orifice points.

Well I got the starter, it started the skid steer once then locked up. Returned it, got a new one and it works great so far. I big thank you to DB Electric for the quick turn around, that’s great customer service.
