The starter housing even had the two bolt holes to accommodate the factory heat shield. Came with a date stamped test report of its operating parameters.
Starter works well, time will tell. Starter motor sound pitch does sound different, not sure why but so far so good.

Didn’t last long it’s probably design problem not a problem with this particular brand of starter but either way I don’t like them it didn’t last long. Find one of the big starters off at Durango that doesn’t use the orbital gear system it’ll last a lot longer.
