I paid low as the starter was in used condition. However the product was brand new not one scratch dent or bent flange/tab on it.
After reading a ton of reviews, watching videos of instalation I knew The starter woul be longer than The orginal one! So I expected that. I recommend using a lift for sure, BUT If your like me and the only option is at home with a jack, make sure your have an extra pair of hands, that’s what made the diffrence in my replacement.It took about 75 mins. 2 mo ths in no issues.So to conclude I would recommend to a family member.

Put this in a 2006 Jeep Liberty. The starter works well. Much quieter than toe old one ever had been. There is a lot of components in the way so R&R was tough.

Jeep has never started this well! The removal of the old starter is the worst part of the job. This starter is slightly larger than the stock one but it fits into the area perfectly and everything lines up correctly.

Needs to come with replacement bolts. Old bolts were not in good enough shape to reuse. Part itself was perfect!

Greatest price around. We bought this for my ’04 Jeep Liberty that has been starting hard for the past couple of years (making a zinging noise when starting). Bought a new battery last year thinking that might be the problem. We got our mechanic to install it and my Jeep is starting like a charm. 🙂

I have a Jeep Liberty and the starter for it is pretty expensive. So I tried to get one that was reasonably price of Amazon. This starter I couldn’t believe the price I installed it and it started like a pro! My Jeep is alive again and gives my battery a break! I recommend this starter.

This starter fits in my 2004 Liberty, but just barely. It is about 2 inches longer than the original, making things a bit tricky, and it isn’t super easy to replace anyway. But the starter did work. So 3 stars.
