The Installation took about 5 minutes. Luckily I had a longer mounting bolt other wise I would have had to make a trip to the hardware store because the one of the original bolts needs to be 1/4″ longer. I’ve been using this Alternator for about a year with no issues.

Product worked well, however one bolt of the three did not fit as the housing was larger in my 04 impala, so the bolt was too short. Had to get a longer bolt from the hardware store, but works perfect now.

DONT BUY! PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE. FIRST DAY IT ARRIVED I GOT A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC TO INSTALL PART AND WAS TOLD IT WAS POWERLESS.

This replaced an old alternator in a 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo LS with about 157k miles. Perfect fit, went right in. Only issue is that the rear right bolt was aboutv3/4″ too short. Would recommend and no hesitation buying again if needed.
