R. Johnson –
Regular Zinc-It is the best for galvanic protection with it’s high Zinc concentration, but it is not very pretty–a flat medium gray color. So I apply 2 to 3 coats of that to to give the part I’m coating the best protection, and then I follow that with Bright Zinc-It to make it aesthetically pleasing. It has less pure Zinc, but gives a much more beautiful appearance. I recommend using both together for the best rust protection and good looks. I used this process for many parts of my classic motorcycle restoration that were originally Zinc plated (electroplated), but without having to send them to the plater. It’s not quite as durable as electroplating, but it sure costs a lot less!

I used this on wire brushed bare steel. Mostly to improve appearance. It does not seem to adhere as well as paint but does give the same look as what was probably old hot dipped sheet metal.

This covering goes on easy and dries fast with a bright and even galvanized color. I loved it!

Great product. I use it on some of my woodworking equipment such as the top of my huge jointer top. It does keep the corrosion away.
Marvin –
Nice product but when I used the can two times and the can clogged up. Not the Spray nozzle but the actual valve built into the can.
W. Pruitt –
Cap broken on arrival. Was able to use only once.
