I wore this ring for 5 months (barely ever took it off) and now it shows cracks and looks deformed. It did not say anywhere in the description that you can’t wear this ring for certain things like working out or carrying heavy items. A bit disappointed, I loved the ring and it worked really well.

I love this !! A few things: watch the video on YouTube and you will have an easy time setting it up. Do not touch it to the car. You will scratch your car. Just your knuckle. It does run a slight bit small because it’s thick. However it’s rounded and smooth. Comfortable. Works really well !!

Edit: so after receiving a second ring, and it did not work any different than the first ring, I was told by Customer Support to take the ring off if it doesn’t work and hold it with the open side facing the pillar of the car. This seems to work pretty much every time, so even though it works, I think it is not as convenient as it would be if you could leave it on your hand and use it. Taking it off my finger to use it is not too far off from reaching in my wallet to grab the key card. I’m giving it two extra stars from my previous review because it does work just about every time now, but it is not work the way one would think it should.
This is a great idea. Connects to the car with no problem and seems to open the door without a problem the first couple times but after that it is random and not reliable at all to open the door. They sent a replacement but same result and because it wasn’t swapped through the Amazon market it’s to late to return it. Once inside the car the ring works fine to start and drive. PRETTY DISAPPOINTING!

April 23: The seller sent me a new ring, honoring the warranty. Good news.
I ordered this Tesla ring on July 13th. 2024; it stopped working in January 2025. So about 6 months worth of use.
I really enjoyed being able to use the ring because it allowed me to leave my cell phone in the car( my work doesn’t allow cell phones ).
In full disclosure, I wore the ring the entire 6 months everyday. I work in an office setting so I don’t think that should have been the cause of it not to hold up.
