There are a dozen makes/brands of this fairly generic system. This basic system has been around for a couple of years with slight improvements over time.
The way the basic system works is that you get the following:,
1) a small switch controller that goes inside the vehicle
2) a distribution blocks for placement in you engine compartment, that includes eight to twelve circuits with a solid state relays and individually fused
3) accessories such as a single cable you must pass though some existing or new hole in firewall, a manual switchable and circuit breaker device OR a large fuse to connect the whole distribution box to battery, a tap you connect to a position on your factory fuse box to allow you to choose if system powers on when you key is switched to always on OR accessory/”ACC” OR “run.” You also get some hardware to give you options for placement for your in passenger compartment device.
Those features and elements come with practically any iteration of this general setup made by a dozen different makers/sellers for a few years now.
What this adds in order to create added value for some added cost is new options to choose illumination color of switch box from a choice of eight colors. That is in my opinion a decent added value in that it looks more professional to have machining dash color schemes and have green led switch box if your main dash illuminant from factory is green. It is also easily dimmable.
Couple of hints from my install:
1) find and check user forums for your vehicle model for where accessible firewall passthroughs are for the cable. Chances are some number of owners have pics of best places. You may need top put a small cut in a grommet.
2) if you cant find a location for switchbox that works with various mounting hardware, get some good thick 3m doublestick. This can mount flush with doublestick.
3) I mounted my engine bay controller on top of my air intake. You can get some clay, playdough, or make some dough out of flour and water and make a little “piller” where you are going to place it, to check and make sure you have height clearance, including when you rev engine.
4) for the cable that goes between the two main devices, it can be disconnected it get through narrower firewall hole. BUT unlike some brands I can’t find an extension listed on sellers page. I am waiting for an answer as to whether they have extensions, which some users may need.
5) Amperage rating. In theory the device fuses add up to 150. But the entire 8-gang device is limited to 6o amps at any given time.
6) standby vampire draw is 4ma, that is pretty low and should not damage a car battery or draw it down. My car itself draws 50ma, and most modern cars draw 40 to 85mA just sitting off in driveway.
7) If instructions included are too sparse for you there are a dozen you/tubes of installations of near identical systems
Value: Good. Standard device with a few more bells and whistles and a somewhat premium price.

I used a product from a different company in my vehicle, but I wanted to use this one for my golf cart since it states it is completely waterproof.
The product itself is well made and the aluminum control panel looks and feels good. I like that you can change the color of the background right on the unit, something I had to use an app for on the other product. It’s also fairly easy to change modes, but I haven’t needed to do that for anything I’ve installed yet.
The stickers are adequate and give you lots of options. They tend to stick well so far and light up well. The cables and brackets are all of good quality and I didn’t have any issues with any of the hardware during the install.
The unit has done exactly what I needed and looks great as well!
My Star Rating Scale:
5 stars – Perfect, or as close to perfect as possible and would definitely recommend to anyone.
4 stars – Works well, but could see some minor changes that could make the product better. Would recommend to others.
3 stars – Functional, but areas of concern or major changes that could make the product better. Recommend researching other options. OR, neutral ranking, nothing really special or bad about the product.
2 stars – Barely functional, recommend researching other options.
1 star – Avoid at all costs!

There are many plus features to this kit. There are plenty of legend labels for each switch so you can do a lot to customize it. The control head has color and brightness adjustments as well as an all-on single button feature or you can select each channel one at a time. Indicators are clear and confirmation feedback is crisp. I like the screw terminals as they will take raw wire, ring-eye, spade fork, and ferule leads. The head is small enough to tuck into a cubby or mount along the dash trim yet the buttons are large enough and tacticle friendly so that even in gloves you can deftly cycle the full size buttons. The control head lead is thin enough that you can thread it through some very small holes (roughly just under 3/8″) and the cable is even smaller if you route it through a notch vs. a hole. The supplied power leads are fairly short, but given how many different ways this can be mounted, you can expect reasonably to need to do some customizing. It does include accessories like a screwdriver and a fuse (for the 8 switch model). The switch body has covers to proect contacts from stray shorts but it seems to me like it should be in a “dry-ish” area if mounted in an engine compartment. Fuses are accessible and easy to inspect. You can easily configure things like to power the control head by battery feed or an accessory feed sensed circuit. A fuse tap is thoughtfully included to grab such a sensing lead off the fuse block (like the radio feed or blower fan feed). The control head has brackets for mounting, however, it lends itself well to improvised mounting options and the tapped holes are placed in a manner that makes custom work easily accommodated.

Good, solid design, grateful for the instructions on how to install. One switch already stopped working, need to get it looked at again, I’m hoping it’s not a product defect…will keep you posted…
It has an app, but if I’m in my tent and want to put my lights on, the car engine battery should be on and not parked with ignition off…not useful…
Love rgb background of panel and sticker choices…
Customer Review –
Installed the product according to the diagrams and how I have wired countless light accessories before. After one day of use and with only a single light bar wired in the control panel stopped working. Looked into the box and it appeared there were burns across multiple of the upper ports. Not sure if it was a bad device but I’m worried it could have ended a lot worse.

Good Gang Switch kit here. The switch panel is smaller than most others I’ve come across. Not just in width/height but depth too. Only a half inch thick. The circuit box is well made but I’m not sure I care for the open ends. Others have more of a sealed case to protect the wires and fuses. If you’re not mudding, it probably won’t be much of a concern though.
