CSI Rep was at my body shop (I’m a customer of theirs) and he demoed it for the workers, with me looking on. Was amazed at the results he got on my newly painted headlight facia. No swirl marks, just a perfect mirror-like result. Bought a quart and did my bus-style motorcoach. Used Harbor Freight buffer with foam pads and a light spray of water to apply, then wiped off as I’d seen the Rep do. Followed up with a simple NuFinish wipe-on, wipe-off using microfiber towels and the results were amazing. Literally, I’ve got a mirror-like satin smooth finish on the whole coach (after two full days of work). Had considered claying to remove surface imperfections. However, this process removed those “nibs” and the finish is perfectly smooth so that’s unnecessary. Highly recommend if you’re looking for the best results possible.

Been using this product for over a year. One of my favorite polishes. The finish is incredible and can be used as a finishing polish or as a cutting polish. It’s also not oily, which makes wiping the panel slightly easier than others
This product does dust like crazy, however it’s not “sticky” dust so it’s very easy to clean up.
The customer service is great, my package got lost in the mail and they overnighted a replacement for me.

I use this exclusively when it comes to prepping for a ceramic or Graphene Coating, and it’s a product designed to be used as both an aggressive and finishing product by using either hard or soft pads. That being said, I can never seem to order the pads that actually are made to use with the polish due to being out of stock.

I have been using the CSI Ceram-X polish for over 15 years. As a professional detailer and paint correction specialist I am tired of the industry trying to sell multiple compounds and polishes to get to the wanted, and end result. We have been trained for so long to think that we need a vast line-up of compounds and polishes. This product is unique in that it is not a compound but a polish. People use differnt terms for the same “product”. So while this polish has the ability to remove 800 grit sanding marks in paint (yes; you read that correctly), it is not an actual compound that relies on outdated DAT (diminishing abrasive technology). This single polish can remove sanding marks and finish to a swirl free shine. I know the developer and he is the same guy who originated the SPP (single polish product) with the System One product almost 30 years ago. I am fortunate in that I have access to the developer and was able to confirm the claims this company makes. Claims that are not only completely counter to what the rest of the industry wants you to swallow (multiple compounds/polishes to do a job), but a single product that can perform on any paint, in any situation. The only thing needed to go from removing sanding marks down to a swirl free finish is this single polish, and two different polishing pads (yet another thing the rest of the industry wants you to believe: the requirement of many types of polishing pads to achieve the desired result) . For heavy defect removal (like sanding marks) you start with a wool pad and then switch to a foam pad. No more buying the endless compounds and polishes the other companies want to feed you. Meguiar’s alone has approximately 15 differnt compounds and polishes, and yet they also have a single product polish. Virtually every other company now has what they call a true one-step compound, or a single product polish, and yet they continue to sell all their other compounds and polishes. If their single polish product actually works, then why are they still selling all their other compounds and polishes. I know I sound like a paid pitch man for this company, but I am just happy it is finally available to the general public thanks to Amazon. This polish can be used with any type of polisher (rotary, dual action, forced rotation dual action, random orbital, etc) can be used with any pad (wool, foam, micro-fiber, etc.) and can even be used in direct sunlight. It is seriously amazing the way this was formulated. I have confirmed this as a professional mobile detailer and it has been my dirty little secret that is now available to anyone. The developer also showed me the independent testing/research do e to confirm the claims. One of which is this polishes’ ability to remove less material (paint/clear coat thickness) in the process of removing sanding marks down to a swirl free finish. I never hear professional detailers talk about how important it is to keep as much clear coat intact during the paint correction process. Of course customers would never know to even ask these kinds of questions. This is also formulated to be easy clean up with water. No more cement hard compounding residue stuck in body seams and character lines of the car. Another amazing plus for anyone trying to polish their car. I’ve seen the price go up since I ordered it off Amazon myself. I think the word is getting out. Not the cheapest polish out there, but also still not the most expensive. I am tired of the cosmetic car care companies finding countless ways to come up with more and more products along with the slick advertising to justify yet another product we as professionals or car owners need. While I continue to test the many new compounds and polishes that come out, when I am performing at a professional level; this is absolutely my go-to car polish. Just saying….

I’ve invested heavily in a lot of different brands, trying to find that ‘Holy Grail’ product…this is finally it! It does EXACTLY what it says it does.
It’s important to know that this is really good stuff, better when used properly.
As a rough guide I would say this is in the area of about 4,000 to 5,000 grit. It won’t take out big scratches (use a heavier compound for that) but it will remove swirls to light scratches (ie: abrasions etc.)
Now, as a comparison, there is nothing else like it, so just get it. Follow-up with their D1 Micro Polish and you will be very happy with the results.
Can be used by hand or machine and the effort you use will be obvious.
Really, really impressed with this product. I’ve used Sonax, 3M, 3D Products, Norton Ice, Chemical Guys, MeGuires, Mothers, Malco Epic (Very Good) Malco, none of them come anywhere close to this (coupled with their D1 Enhancer) combination.
