Late model Saab cars have green lighting on dashboard and by the door handles, and also have green screens, so we got these “dash” LED sockets to make the footwell and under door lighting match. These LED’s are a drop-in replacement for any T10 socket, and look great in our car and under it when the doors open. They’re nice and bright. Hopefully will be reliable.

Bought these to replace the 50 year old bulbs in my classic car as they’re well past their prime.
Ordered the green to highlight the green that is naturally in the plastics. Unfortunately I could not get them to work in the instrument panel. I flipped them, I’ used the factory bulb adapter, I simply could not get them to light up. I pulled out the mulitmeter to check power and the volts to the instrument panel were low, 9-10 volts.
I did use some wire and connected them to the battery just to ensure I didn’t get a faulty batch. Sure enough they lit right up. Nearly blinded me they were so bright.
In the end I my vehicle isn’t providing enough voltage to light the LED, but if they had I’d have been super happy. I’m not giving up, I plan to track why voltage is low and retry these LEDs they’re too nicely made to give up just yet.
