100% tested? Ha, no way. I installed and it did not work, unbelievable. Mex manuf. Actuator arm not fitted to the diaphragm shaft, a joke. Carter? Garbage, not the old Carter by any stretch. I hoped for better. Problem is this one is like others, just a different name on box. I have no idea where to buy quality anymore.
