The fuel line barb fitting on the carburetor fell off along with the vent fitting. I pushed it back into place but now it leaks fuel. It only lasted a few months.

This is a perfect match to the original carb on my Club Car golf cart, so much easier than cleaning and rebuilding the old one.

I purchased this carburetor for my 1991 Club Car DS with the 341cc Factory Engine. My original carburetor lost one of the screw in Jets due to vibration. The new NIMTEK carburetor fit properly, but I worked for 3 days trying to get it adjusted to run the engine properly, but was never able to get it adjust to work properly. The engine would idle and rev fine until you put it under a load, then it would bog itself down to the point of no power. I ended up putting a similar thread screw in my old carburetor and got it working better than this new one. I do NOT recommend the product.

I installed this on my 1991 Club Car golf cart. I removed the old carb and installed this new one and the motor started right up with no adjustments needed!

I had purchased another brand of the same model carb from Amazon and it did not work properly….poor response at slow speed and hard starting. After fiddling with it, trying jetting, pilot screw adjustments, etc., I gave up and ordered this one. I was concerned that this one would solve the problem but it worked great immediately after installation. Bottom line is that not all knock-off carbs perform the way they are supposed to…some do and some don’t.

Installed this onto my 88 DS club Car and it works amazing.
Didn’t even need to adjust it, although I would recommend doing it for the altitude and fuel. But it was so nice just to install this and have the cart running in just a few minutes. For the couple extra bucks, don’t get a rebuild kit, just get one of these, put it on and enjoy the golf course.
