I replaced my old ones with these on 2004 Lincoln Town car, 4.6L V8 engine. My gas milage went up from 16 mpg to 22mpg Highway instantly. I don’t need to press as hard on the gas pedal anymore. It performs like a new engine. Also side note: I replaced fuel injectors and gas filter at the same time. The plug that goes behind the spring coils needed slight adjustment, flat head screwdriver and pushed it up slightly, like took 5 secs each.
It has been about a week since I’ve used it. If anything goes wrong, I’ll make sure to update this review. But for now, 5/5 star.

The only reason why I rated this a 4 was because I’ve only replaced 2 of my cylinders. So far they are working just fine.
