The carb works but you will probably have to tune it i couldn’t get it started and “reset” it by screwing both screws in so they were lightly seated then back them out 1.5 turns to get it started then fine tuned now the old tiller runs like new

Bought this item to replace the old carb on my Briggs and Stratton generator and it fit perfectly and worked great. Great value.

shame they dont mention orginal is sae bolts this carb is metric treaded.
air inlet is not sized propetly
most carbs are usually adjusted to run with only a fine tuning. this one the adjustment screw wasn’t even close
fuel line and filter was sized wrong. carb inlet was correct size
spark plug 100% wrong length
but once adjusted it seems to running correctly
i wish the fuel filter that did fit was marked with direction. fuel dosent flow if installed backwards

This carburetor worked the first time I installed it on my snow blower, everything went on fine and after some adjustment it started up. Now when it came time that I actually needed to use it, gas is leaking from the bottom of the carb and the engine won’t even try to turn over. Absolute waste of my time and money.
Parts Dealer –
Easy to install but will need adjustment as expected. Start at 2 1/2 turns out on both screws and it should run enough to adjust for proper fuel flow. Don’t forget the mounting screws must be 6m x 20 mm. Original screws do not work.
