I would give it a zero but we can’t. Radio came with wrong harness. Had to go through hell to get one. Took 1 month and a half. Finally got the harness. Radio keeps killing my car battery. Went through all the channels to get it fixed. Had to disconnect sleep mode. After all that and 3 months later radio still kills my battery. No response or help from seller after numerous calls and attempts. Basically the radio is now garbage. Thanks

We’ve had this for a while. At first we were thrilled with how easily it installed. But immediately we had a number of issues:
-USB will not charge and every phone complains about the connection stability.
-The USB connection will randomly disconnect repeatedly and not fix itself until you do a system reset.
Of course, all of this is relatively minor considering the price.
However, we started having issues particularly in the winter where something is draining the battery even with the car off. We figured out it was this unit when we realized the Bluetooth would connect to the vehicle with the vehicle off.
I do not recommend this. Spend a bit more and get a reputable brand.

I really wanted to like this, but there were a few things first, it came with the wrong harness, but customer support was good and sent the correct one, but it took about a week longer. Once I got it hooked up, I noticed that it didn’t recognize my van so I couldn’t program the steering wheel controls. Also, the screen would just cut out at random times or lock up to where I couldn’t select anything. When it works, it seems to work pretty well, but it is just too glitchy.

It came with more wires than I needed, with RCA connectors for additional audio equipment, but for someone with a subwoofer and all that noise they will come in handy. I took my time installing it and researching it. The instructions were pretty easy to follow with the help of a few YouTube videos. It’s all hooked up now; the backup camera makes it worth it alone but the CarPlay and the gps are a really nice bonus. I’m definitely a happy customer and now I have to install one for my gf and another for her sister. They’re super impressed that I hooked it up after my gf suggested I “just get a professional to do it.” Lol. I will suggest that when you wire into the reverse tail lights you splice into the line instead of trying to add wires to the connector on the bulb. You have to buy the whole wiring harness to replace that connector. I found one at a pick and pull thankfully but save yourself the headache. Also, at the reverse tail light, green is hot, black is neutral or ground. Your welcome. I had to search for that info. Other than that, this was not a difficult job and everyone will be really impressed with your new backup camera and touchscreen. Well worth the money.
