This phone holder has been a disappointment and unusable from the start. The plastic that’s supposed to secure it to the dash is so flimsy that it can’t support the weight of my phone, causing it to fall constantly. No matter how I adjust it, it simply won’t stay in place. If you need a reliable holder, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

This holder is a great idea but the material is made of very thing plastic that feels like it will break very easily. I have a note 10 plus and it does not fit with my thin phone case. I did use it without my phone case and it fits, but it’s not a very tight fit.

I’ve tried 4 different types and this is the ONLY phone holder that works in this highlander! Suction mounts don’t stay and the curved dash make it tough for other types to stick. This mount is smarter!
Use the dash tool they give you to wedge this holder under the dash board so the phone mount fits nice and tight. Nice solid mount that will keeps the phone steady for navigation. Thanks you for the great product!

Install scared me a bit thoght id break plastic but i didnt and it fell into place. My case is a bit thicker than the holder but still holds it in place with one hand i can put it on and take it off and the arms hug it snug when its in position. My last charger broke in the snug dept so this one is nice that its based on thr weight of the phone that it closes. Being that its fits mt toyota highlander perfect the other reason i bought this and nothing is glued to my dashboard and easy to remove. So far so good i’ll change my post if it breaks too soon.

Nice product and fits my 2018 Highlander as nice as what is shown in the picture. It looks and feels well built. Sadly the ball mount is not the standard 17 mm, its a little smaller. I hoped could snap my Iottie wireless charger/holder, but, no luck. It’s still nice. I hope they update this product to include the 17mm ball mount. I would re-buy it.
