2/2/2025-with everyone with mobile phones I guess you would wonder why I would still try to usmy Garmin GPS. Frankly, I like it. Idon’t have the luxury of GPS in my 9 year old car, this is was always handing.I lost my car charger and forgot about i until a few days when I had to go somewhere that was “unchartered area”. Wanted to use it in the car, but didn’t have the charger. I have it now and it’s great. Keeps it charged and I’ll be using again shortly.

After 3 years of daily use my first one is giving me trouble. Still charges my phone but gps doesn’t work. USB still plugs in firmly and doesn’t fall out. Hard to beat for the price really good quality.

The car charger I had for the Garmin had broken, so I needed a replacement. After looking at a few mondels, this looked to be the best one as it provided two USB ports that I can use to charge my phone as I drive. The charger has enough power to keep the GPS running as well as charge my phone relatively quickly, as it will generally top up within an hour or two, which is convenient when the phone is at low battery or on long trips.

We had our doubts if this would work with our older Garmin GPS system, well it did and it is wonderful.

Im a tanker truck driver and this works great on mY garmin Dezl OTR 500. Can confirm will work with trucker GPS. Love how it has a USB port to charge phone over the road!
