This charger/tester is of a decent quality and is fairly simple to operate. We have a spare vehicle in our family but it has a slow battery drain issue that has eluded us so far. Using this device, we can put a trickle charge on the car and keep the battery fully charged in between uses. The reconditioning feature seems to work well also.

I used this Haibro car battery and charger mostly for testing the health of all my vehicle’s batteries.
It comes with a user manual explaining functions and how-to’s of the product (charging and testing batteries).
Testing comes with 3 display results after selecting the correct AH, CCA, and battery type.
SOH – State of Health (in %)
SOC – State of Charge (in %)
Volt – (current voltage of the battery being tested)
Super easy to use, portable, and comes with good quality cables (+ and -) with heavy-duty alligator clips.
It has a lighted large display screen which is easily readable.
I am sure this product will have many uses for testing/charging batteries and is a nice gadget to have.

Pros
– Can test SOH SOC VOLT of all batteries
– Can charge lithium batteries
Cons
– Does not accurately test a lithium battery. It will say your lithium battery is bad when it’s not. But lets be real. A device to test a lithium alone costs twice as much as this device.
– No cranking test like you’d expect a “tester” does.
– No charging test like you’d expect a “tester” does.
– It says it’s an “Intelligent” charger, but it’s not like NOCO where it’ll detect a battery needing repair. You select repair mode. More importantly, it lets you select repair mode for any battery regardless if it’s lithium or if it does not need to be repaired. So even if it’s not such a big deal to put a battery in repair mode due to the low amperage, it isn’t accurate.
– The ‘Enter’ button is poorly designed. You need to press dead center. If you press off to the left or right side, it is the same as pressing ‘Up’.
Conclusion
More cons than pros, but you get what you wanna pay for. If you’re looking for a “Charger” that can charge all types of the usual batteries, this is it. If you’re looking for a “Tester” and a battery charger, this one does not test as accurately as the others designed to test.

As you can see in my original review, I had a bit of a problem with the unit After “playing” with it for some hours, I decided to send it back and get a refund.
Because I was quick to return it, it was to late to follow the advice I got from someone from the company who contacted me. Having said that, I had actually done all the things they had suggested.
So, even though I had sent the unit back they continued to advise me, and even offered to send me a replacement unit, which they PROMPTLY did. The new unit worked flawlessly and while I am happy with the device, I am even happier with the way the company dealt with me and sought to fix any issue I had.
So, GREAT product, FANTASTIC company. Kudos.

It worked well with most of my batteries, however it completely failed with my LiFePO4. So, I had to return it.

I used this car battery charger and tester to jump my car, and it worked flawlessly. It was simple to operate, and the charger quickly provided enough power to get me back on the road. I also love that it functions as a battery tester and analyzer, giving me peace of mind that my car battery and alternator are in good condition. Definitely a great tool to have on hand for emergencies!

First of this is an xlnt value charger. It works well and has some features that I found are not clearly listed in the manual or on the product page. So here are the results of my testing.
First off the fan comes on when charger is actually ina charging state and shuts off when it is not charging. The fan is also relatively quiet compared to some other charges I have so that’s a plus.
It has a trickle charge function that’s via not clearly specified so I tested it and found that after the charge or repair cycle has finished the screen says full but it is still n a trickle charge state which it doesn’t show. It keep voltage at 13.4v (see pic) constant it adjust the charge current to keep it at a solid 13.4v. So it doesn’t turn on and off constantly like some other chargers do. On the life setting it shuts off and doesn’t trickle which is what you want for life cells.
Its stop charging voltage is 14.7v ( see pic it shows right when it reached full and it was at 14.7v.
Also the colts and amps were pretty close to my fluke meter.
The repair function sends a pulse charge to repair the battery and it charges at 15v to recover the weak or damaged battery. This higher voltage helps so that why they have it at 15v. It also stops when the battery is fully charged in repair mode so if you want o use the repair function on a battery the is just lost no capacity then try and drain the battery down so it can be in the repair mode for enough time for it to do some good . Otherwise if the battery is already fully charged the repair function end pretty quickly because it stops when fully charged. After repair end it goes into trickle charge when it says full.
Battery tester works ok you don’t plug charger into outlet just connect to battery to access the test function it shows state of charge approx life of battery and AH.
So all in all it’s a great charger for the money with some great featured and accuracy.
One thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is the very dim screen but that’s my only complaint. It’s hard to see a f you are under bright lights or outside.
