This tool works well to break apart polish on pads. I use it more like a brush than a rolling tool. Dragging the tool across the pad helps break up the powder more effectively. Works very well and helps save polishing pads.

I really like how easy it is to clear out my wool buffing pad. Before I used a flathead screwdriver which worked but this seems to fluff it up way better.

It works ok for cleaning buffing pads but comes with a prop65 warning? What type of hazardous metal is this made from? Also says USA company but doesn’t say Made in USA?
Is being a USA company which outsources manufacturing suppose to be a flex now?

I have a dozen wool polishing pads that I use to polish vehicles that get full of polish and residue. If you allow this tool to roll over the wool pad while spinning the pad in the polisher you are able to remove the residue that is almost impossible to remove any other way. The tool breaks up the residue.

I use this to clean and increase the longevity of my polishing bonnets. This is easy to use, and it’s a must-have item if you do your own polishing. Using dirty bonnets causes scratches, and throwing them away gets expensive. This is good quality for the price, and it makes used polishing compound removal easy. It works well to remove the stickiness of used bonnets. This has been durable so far, and I would expect this to last a while if not misused or abused. This is from a USA business, but it’s probably made overseas. There’s no reference to where it was manufactured. It’s a good value for the price.
