Alex M –
I was doing research on what was causing my car to keep poorly switching up and down gears or turning my car to limp mode because it kept pulling too much power from my battery. This little part seems to be all it took to fix it. I opened the hood, removed the engine cover, used a 10mm socket and unscrewed my old faulty camshaft position sensor and unplugged it then replaced it with this new one, and secured it back with the socket and plugged it in. Took maybe 10 minutes at most. Now I’m able to actually drive my car on the highway or stop at stoplights without fear of my car going into engine power reduced mode when swapping gears. I also don’t have to get my battery recharged because of the intensive power draw the old part was causing so now I can use my radio again.
Short and sweet review, it was easy to replace, fit my car contrary to what Amazon says, and does exactly what I need it to. Great quality product.
