Used to replace a broken battery cable on my XS650 motorcycle. This 2awg cable is much thicker than the one it replaced and seems to be very well made. The only difficulty I had is this is quite stiff and the last couple of inches before the terminals are not flexible at all, so I had to do quite a bit of fiddling with it to find a way to make it fit.

I bought this for a 12,000lb winch as I wanted a simple ground cable without making my own ends, upon arrival I noticed I needed one side to be a different end, and my god, the cable is so strong it took boltcutters to cut one of the ends off. my ground connection is night and day difference on this cable and I would recommend it to anyone

Well made heavy duty cable with sealed ends to protect cable from moisture.
I am very impressed, so much so that I have mentioned them to family and friends.
I wish they made them longer than 30” so I can swap the factory battery cables out.
I am looking at changing out the cables in my other vehicles for these cables, because they are just that impressive.
Fair warning, they don’t flex that easy because of the size gauge… but they are a great upgrade/replacement for the stock factory battery cables

Put a battery isolator on my Bug. It sits all winter and the battery used to lose all its power. Now with the flip of a key I can isolate the battery all winter. Start it time to time to time missing my very but let it run for a bit to keep things moving. Thumbs up.

I used this to replace a broken Engine ground. The previous engine ground was 14 gauge wire. This was seriously overkill, however, my car now does a much better job. I also upgraded the battery ground. I did that after cleaning the connections on the current batter ground, but I noticed a decent level or resistance between the location, which many components were grounded, and the battery. So I ran a black 4 gauge wire I got that came with my red 4 gauge alternator wire upgrade. (OE had two 12 gauge wires, so I ran a 4 gauge so that the total 85 amps could be used under sustained load… which is really not possible, but still I don’t need another meltdown like in my last car of the same make.) Apparently, this is also referred to as, “The Big Three.” But I don’t have a subwoofer in my car. This was done to decrease stresses, improve grounds, and improve charging on a 96 Subaru Legacy Outback. It actually did a really great job.

Super heavy duty marine grade cable used for connecting two 6V GC2 batteries together in series on a travel trailer. Ended up buying the 18″ length later as the 12″ one was too short to go between the two separate 6V battery boxes that were installed lengthwise on the trailer tongue. Excellent quality, another fine Camco product.

I have purchased three of these cables: 47452 (red, 4 gauge, 3/8” eyelet, 48” length), 47455 (black, 4 gauge, 5/16” eyelet, 36” length), and 47454 (red, 4 gauge, 3/8” eyelet, 36” length). The product is exactly as advertised in the sense that the cable remains flexible and is terminated with tinned copper eyelets. In my experience tinned eyelets are usually over-tinned creating a bulky terminal, and more often than not the tinning is sloppy at best. These cables have tight, quality crimps and the terminals are completely and cleanly tinned without adding unnecessary weight and/or dimension to the flat eyelets. As far as the cable jacket is concerned, the quality is as advertised and certainly adequate for the price point. An all-around solid product at a reasonable price – would recommend for anyone in need of a battery cable with these specs.
