At first I thought this sensor was junk. Turns out I didn’t have it in all the way. So the only junk was my mechanic skills. Once I had deduced that I was the problem and corrected it everything worked great. All codes cleared and didn’t return

I kept seeing codes pop up for camshaft position sensor and I thought maybe it was a biproduct of some other problem I was having. NOPE! I installed this (myself in 10 minutes) and it cleared NOT ONE, NOT TWO, but THREE of my codes!! So if you are receiving a code about your Camshaft position sensor, DO IT!!
such an inexpensive fix to all KINDS of issues!! Now if I could really trust that my accelerator pedal is causing the other messages I might be completely code-free!
Great product, looks high quality and should last a good 15 to 20 years!! The original I just pulled out lasted 20+ years…

This was a easy install that you can do on a 02 trailblazer in front bottom left of the head 10 mm socket if I’m not mistaken. unplug unscrew.and repeat step backwards. definitely did do a difference ! I’m happy with it i feel better about the way the change of profomance . The response to this sensor definitely stop the little knock i had going on !
