I used this product on a LA115. I had some difficulty removing the steering sector due to the close clearances. Skinny fingers would have helped.
Installation of the new parts was no problem at all. be sure to center the steering wheel with the wheels straight when you put the pinion gear on. failure to do so will make the turning radius different on the left and right.

This product was perfect fit for my John Deere riding mower, amazing smoothness to the steering now, like a brand new mower! Installation took some time, if I would do it again tomorrow would take half the time though….
