Bought these for my Ariens riding mower. Perfect fit. Did not have to alter in anyway. Took me longer to find my tools than it did to install.

I think this is a weak, poorly designed axle type, but if your mower came with it, you’re kind of stuck with it. At least the brackets welded on the round rod part are thicker than original, and they got through the first summer without bending like the originals did. Not just better, but much cheaper than the mower brand replacements.

The part was easy to install. Had to remove the paint off the bearing journals because they were so close to specs the paint added 1/1000″ too much. Other than the paint on the bearing journals , every thing worked done and they work like new. I recommend them hands down.

These are well built but they are very prone to bending whey you hit something with the mower. I had to get an additional piece of metal welded on to keep it from bending.

Was hard to get OEM wheel spindles. And these were a great alternative and reasonably priced.

It won’t hold the clips in place tht hold the tire and wheels on for more than few days I’ve spent so much on new clips and and it has grinded the wheel hubs tht are in rims replaced several of those also….
