I bought this for my 23 Lexus GX460 and it blocked at least 45% of the air flow. Didn’t really filter out the smell of diesel and pollution. I don’t recommend this filter, it looks impressive but does a lousy job.

Looks like it is made well.
I installed it in a Lexus NX300. There were no install instructions, which would have been helpful for the following reason. There are no markings on the filter indicating the Air Flow direction like on other after-market models of this filter. Both sides of this filter look different, so they could have at least let you know which side should face UP. I just made my best guess. They could have even put a sticker on the filter with an UP arrow.
Anyway, just be aware of this fact.
It is an average price, and did not smell.
