I swapped my cabin air filter out due to a “stale” smell in the cab of the truck. This filter immediately cleared that smell up, and my air feels even cooler and more comfortable. I think the activated charcoal is probably the secret to the noticeable improvement. The filter fit great and was easy to install. This will be my choice of filter in the future.

Filter was too tight for my 2020 F150. Air flow was reduced by probably half and made my heater and air conditioner very loud. Almost couldn’t get the filter out. Went to Autozone to get one I knew would work on my way to UPS to return this filter.

I’m sure this filter works great, perhaps a little too good. The problem being is that I have noticed the flow has dramatically decreased. I can only assume that the filter is so tightly woven that it restricts air flow. This wouldn’t be a huge issue for me but I live in a very hot climate and I want all the airflow I can get. I will be switching to a different filter during the hottest months.

The fit is a little tight due to the extra carbon filtering. The tight fit is actually very good since it seals better all around the compartment.

I installed this air filter but noticed a chemical smell coming out the air vents. I took it out and cleaned everything a second time and tried again with the same smell happening. I went ahead and purchased a new filter to replace it.
