Exactly as described. Nice product with good installation instructions.
I was a bit concerned about them being shipped in a paper bag due to potential for getting bent but all was well. I particularly liked that they came partially extended and confined by a loop of 1″ webbing. This made them very easy to install by just closing them slightly after attaching them and then slipping off the strap loop.

Great quality. Had them installed in minutes and worked as intended. The lift power could easily lift most tool box lids and hold the hood up. They easily went over the saddle joint and had some adjustment for a perfect fit. The lid stays open with the and the value of money is good. All the hardware was included to do the job
