No me gusto que es muy pequeño, para lo que cuesta el cepillo.

I finally found a good brush for cleaning bicycles. The wire core is actually pretty narrow, and the brush isn’t too dense, so it gets basically everywhere. Made washing my bike SOOOOOOOO much easier. It sprays soap when you pull it out for sure, but it’s not too bad. It doesn’t fling suds as much if you go slower. The bristles are on the soft side, but stiff enough to get crud off. I used it for the sides of my tires, and it did a good job. Made getting between the spokes very easy and quick. I didn’t see any bent bristles. The wire shaft has a soft, loose plastic cover between the bristles and the handle. The guard is some kind of foam rubber. The handle looks a lot like, but its clearly plastic, so it won’t go bad. I think it’s a good size.

One of the three brush wheel cleaning brush collection. Best I’ve ever used.

The EZ Detail Brush Mini fits perfectly for my wheels that have 10 spokes, while the original/larger version would probably not fit. The brush works well and is flexible enough to clean the backs of the spokes despite not much clearance between the spokes and the rotor and brake caliper. The one thing you need to be careful of is when pulling the brush back out after scrubbing the wheel, it tends to splatter the dirty brake dust since the bristles do bounce back to their original position quite well. My entire forearm was covered in black “ink” the first time I used it along with Brown Royal. I’m not sure if I just need more time to learn the proper techniques or to pull the brush out from the spokes much more slowly. This brush is too short to properly clean the wheel well which is why it seems that quite a few detailers use both the large and small versions on the same car.

Works great on my trucks rims and those of my motorcycle with spokes. If you store it under something by mistake all you do is set it out in the sun and it comes back full. The handle is flexible and works great on spokes.

I have several sizes of these brushes. They have soft bristles that are good to clean tight spots in wheels.

I purchased this brush to clean the engine bay of my 2011 F250 along with an engine degreaser. This brush is the perfect firmness, not too hard to scratch anything or pull wires but firm enough to hold its shape. It’s great for getting in those tight, hard to reach places that you would not normally be able to get to with a normal brush. My engine had not been thoroughly cleaned since owning it when it was new back in 2011. I would not hesitate to purchase this brush again. I could not be any happier with it.
I added a before and after photo to show what a 5-10 minute cleaning on a dirty engine looks like with this brush. All that was used was a blower, foaming engine degreaser, this brush, and some water.
First you want to blow off the loose debris with a leader blower, air hose, or canned compressed air. Whatever you can get your hands on will work.
Then you will want to take some tape, foil, plastic, or a combination of the three and cover up your alternator, intake, and major electrical components.
Next you’ll want to take your can of degreaser and spray a good amount over the entire engine and let it soak in for a couple minutes.
After the degreaser has had a chance to set in and do it’s work take the brush and work in the degreaser. Scrub all surfaces and stick the brush into crevices being careful not to pull or snag wires and hoses.
When finished scrubbing, lightly mist with water removing the loose grease and grime over the engine. Do not over soak and be careful to keep water out of the intake and distributor cap.
It is very easy with this brush to achieve great results with a detailed engine. This is my new favorite car care tool for ease of use and effectiveness.

So I’ll start off by saying that I’m kind of a nut about keeping my cars clean. Having just gotten a new two door toy for summer weekends, I wanted to step up my wheel cleaning game. So, while I had the wheels off for a tire rotation, I spent some time giving them a thorough cleaning and wanted something to make cleaning the spokes and the insides of the wheel clean without as much effort… so I ordered this brush after seeing several recommendations from major detailing youtubers. Below are my thoughts from using it:
Pros:
1. It makes cleaning the inside of my wheels effortless.
2. Greatly reduces the amount of effort I have to put into cleaning between tight spokes.
3. Its not too aggressive and the tip is well protected, greatly reducing if not eliminating the chance of scratch my wheels.
Cons:
1. When pulling the brush out from the spokes, it does splash back at you quite a bit. I’ve found that taking things slow helps with this a bit. Plus, I don’t expect to stay squeaky clean myself when washing a car.
2. It isn’t the most aggressive brush in the world. The bristles are great to agitate light brake dust but heavier caked on stuff will require more heavy duty utensils. As said it my title, it’s perfect for maintenance washes after the initial “wheels-off” deep cleaning (perhaps clay bar, iron remover, etc.).
Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase. I believe that this paired with a boars hair detailing brush is the best tool combo for wheel-clening. If I could do it again, I’d definitely purchase again and I will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice new wheel brush for their detailing toolkit.
Update: April 2018
Brush still holding up as well as the day I got it. Everything I said above still applies. Also, I discovered a new use: engine bay cleaning – this thing is perfect for getting in tight spaces. Still recommend!
Update: November 2019
Still using the brush! It has held up extremely well and I purchased another for my dad. Still recommend!
Update: April 2020
My original brush is still going strong – I am VERY impressed with the durability. Bought yet another for a small detailing kit I’m putting together for my brother’s birthday. I continue to stand by my high recommendation!!
