“I’m not so wealthy that I can afford to buy cheap stuff” is a phrase I have often heard my wife say. I have found this truly goes for O2 sensors. I found the aftermarket parts cost 1/3 the price but either didn’t work at all or only worked for a few weeks before throwing an error code. This works without problem (so far) and my mileage dramatically improved. (I did not expect any real noticeable improvement). This vender was fast and the part was priced well and appears to be genuine. I am happy!

Bought this for my 2013 Jetta with the 2.5l engine. Had a check engine light come on and when I pulled the code it gave me p0030 which indicated a failure in the heated oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 1. Called the dealership and they quoted me about $260 for the o2 sensor. Had them give me the part number and found this one that matched it. Upon first opening of the box a few numbers didn’t quite match the factory one and the new one was a lot longer but everything hooked up fine and easy and since the installation of this the check engine light has turned off and not came back on. I’m so glad I found this and saved around $150 vs the dealership!!!!!!

The picture is misleading. I only received the oxygen sensor and cable. I did not receive the mounting clips or zip ties. I have not installed it yet, so I cannot comment on how well it works.

The only difference between this sensor and the one from VW is the length of wire, besides the cost.
We are talking about 8 inches of extra wire and 30% less in price.
Well worth it.
