For my 5th-gen 4Runner, the metal clips that come with the pads are slightly thicker and a teeny bit bigger than the OEM clips. I had to file the pad down a bit to make it fit.

The pads are quiet and stop good. The included hardware does fit easily. I should know better than use German parts on a Toyota.

I put these pads on a 2003 4Runner. Very pleased with them. Great stopping power. Quiet, minimal brake dust. Seems to have longevity so far. Will purchase Bosch pads for my other vehicles as well.
