I ordered a 3520 for my Cummins. It smelled strongly of solvent, had filter wrench scuffs around the side, gasket was oily, and circular scratches on the bottom. I returned it for a replacement which arrived packaged only in the thin Bosch Filter box. This filter also smelled of solvent, had a good sized dent on the bottom, and the gasket was oily.

Great oil filter for a great price. Has more filter media than the Wix/NAPA Gold, and seems to be built slightly better.

Bosch had always made good stuff in my opinion. I change my oil ever 5000 miles and ive never had an issue. Currently at 280,000 miles.

Filter showed up out of box, no plastic wrap on filter and was not as pictured. Did not get filtech.
Concerned with dust and moisture in filter, will not use, waiting to hear from Bosch on this item.
Have never had an issue with Bosch before.

The filter arrived unsealed. The box was torn open. It almost looks like a filter that has been sitting around in someone’s garage. Dirty and unusable.
