Pump / did not come with new O-Ring to install. No one replaces pumps without new o-rings so it will fit properly.

Seems to work well enough and exact replacement for my 9.9 Tohatsu, but it was a pain having to go elsewhere to find a new o-ring to use with it. Otherwise, it does what it’s supposed to do.
