These are the correct replacements for the Chevrolet 2010, 2500, LMM. I replaced the Front OEM shocks at 93,000 miles. These shocks have made a huge difference in the overall ride of the truck. At it turns out the OEM Front Right Shock was completely useless as all of the oil had leaked out overtime making the front of my truck even more sponge while going over speed bumps and when driving over the crappy California roads causing a loss of traction at higher speeds. Since replacement all of the previously mentioned has been resolved.
Istallation is pretty easy. Be patient, think safety and it should go just fine. My 17 year old daughter assisted which made it easier.
I looked as the Rancho brand shocks an them to cost more. My friends who have rock crawlers all run Bilstein Shocks so I decided to go witj these.
I would recommend these to anyone wanting to replace their OEM shocks.

These are a perfect fit for my 2007 2500HD Silverado (pre face lift). My old ones were blown out from quite a lot of abuse off road and the new ones made a night and day difference.

These have been an amazing ride improvement. To be fair, I tolerated the previous blown shocks for too long.
I skip over train tracks (barely noticeable now); Box store front elevated entrances were the real test. Normally I’d bounce all over the place upon entering, but all of that is gone. The bumpstops keep the truck from rocking side to side so while doing the shocks make sure those get attention too.

These replaced my original shocks of 200,000 miles – which by the way still worked fairly well at absorbing road issues. However the problem was nose dive and sway during braking and turning. These shocks have greatly helped in that area and made the ride a little smoother. I like the better protecting material used. They were fairly easy to install after watching a few YouTube videos.
UPDATE: After doing some off-roading in Colorado I found the right front shock was making noise. The noise was the thump thump of a disconnected shock. Upon checking, sure enough the top retaining nut had backed off and allowed the shock to fall out of the upper arm. Lucky for me there was no damage to the suspension or shock. I contacted Bilstein US and asked for an order form so I could order replacement parts. Junior A. at Bilstein responded and asked for a copy of the purchase receipt. After a few more emails Junior has confirmed that a replacement hardware pack has been sent – free of charge! What great customer service. I would say I’m now a Bilstein customer for life. Thank you Junior and Bilstein for excellent shocks and customer support.

I have a Chevy 2500HD and bought these shocks to replace my factory ones. Replacing them was very easy, no problem at all. The ride itself is what I call more stiff than the factory shocks. The stiff equates to more “bounce” than the factory shocks. Chevy trucks to me have always felt smooth almost like a car. These shocks but a truck feel on my truck. Not bad, just not what I am familiar with. Still a good product and rides well.

Replaced front shocks on my 2006 Silverado Hd and what a huge difference in ride. Super smooth and comfy.

Waited to write a review, I’ve put about 20k of hard use on the shocks. ‘07 GMC Sierra 3500 Classic SLT crew cab dually long box diesel. Stock rear height, torsion bars turned up, slightly bigger than stock tires. The truck is used for auto transport and have no complaints on the shocks. Ran Bilstein’s on my Saab 9-5 and have a Bilstein/air bag setup on my Audi wagon and those shocks have been amazing so I decided to try these for my work truck. Due to “Betty’s” basically stock height the shocks were a pain in the butt to compress but they went into place with some persuasion. All shocks were installed in the driveway, no hoist. Betty spends all day, 5-6 days a week, pulling a 5k lb trailer with 2 vehicles on it on our awful Wisconsin highways and the ride is so much better than the Rancho’s that got tossed out. I’m happy with them and hope they last a long time.

Bought for my 2004 Chevy Suburban 2500 4×4. It came stock with what is called the “Autoride” system. They are very expensive to replace with the stock shocks. When the Autorides wear out its a very rough ride. I bought all 4 shocks, and WHAT a GREAT difference in ride! We also have a 2012 Suburban 1500 4×4 LTZ. My wife nicknamed the LTZ Burb “the Caddy” becuase of its great ride. Got to say the 3/4 ton Burb is stiffer, but its got a great ride now too! I also replaced all 4 bump stops too.
