Kindle Customer –
As you can see from the photos, the nipple on the end of the cable is too long. It won’t fit into the receptacle on the brass valve. This cable has the same part number as the oem part but it’s not compatible with it, I would not trust this seller with anything that requires compatability with an oem part. I have returned it as “useless or incompatible”. If you look closely at the photos of this cable on Amazon’s product page you can see that one of the dual ends is too long while the other appears to be too short. On the cable I got they were both too long. Who knows what you might bet. By examining the pictures other sellers of cables claiming to be compatible with the oem part number, I found one that looks right. If it turns out to be so I’ll update this review with a link to that seller.

Installed cable. Worked a couple times
Went out to start it and end that attached in hand lever broke off. Not impressed
And only 30day warranty!! I hadn’t even installed it before warranty was up

not even close to fitting properly, then when i did get it adjusted ball fell off end of cable! buy oem!

The fact that the part arrived earlier than expected was a bonus! Part appears to be as good or better than oem ! You do need to reuse the plungers from previous cable as this doesn’t come with them! Length appears to be exactly like original!Price was great too! Can’t get oem for this price and most times part is discontinued! Will definitely be buying all my parts for my 650v2 in future from here! Thanks
