This is an odd approach. The flute has a moving tube inside which spins around and makes like a pressure washer attachment/brush effect. It works surprisingly well, but I wonder how long a simple flexible tube will last. We will see.

The mechanical principal of this is surprisingly simple. At its base, it is very similar to a normal blow-off gun that you’d use with an air compressor. Then they add a horn to help guide the airflow, and inside that horn is a tiny hose that whips around to help spread out the air. This helps to create a wide cone of air that really helps to disperse water and help it evaporate quicker.
Obviously, I’m not a scientist, so I’m sure that’s only like 20% accurate, but however it actually works, this is very effective. One thing I will say is that you will want a compressor with a large tank or a high CFM output. I wouldn’t recommend using this for large areas, but for point-drying, this is highly effective (bonus: it sounds pretty neat, too).
Compact, lightweight, comfortable to handle, and it comes with a brush attachment to help clean dirty grooves and such that are otherwise difficult to reach.
I still dry my truck with a towel, but there are areas on the exterior where this is very handy. Especially near door and hood hinges. Otherwise, this mostly gets used on the interior when I am doing deep cleaning.
