I followed the instructions to switch out the Junior 8 volt 1.25 AMP Car Battery Charger after my car battery died when plugged in with the Battery Tender item and lights were not reflecting according to what they should. A case number was created, I emailed and called the company in advance, created a case number and paid postage to mail back. I was not able to get a hold of a customer service rep on the phone after leaving a message to clarify the status of the product repair. Finally, the worker that received the item insisted and persisted to tell me not to contact other entities such as my car dealer to see if the product is appropriate for my vehicle. The worker self reporting taking the issue personal and after I kindly thanked her and asked for a replacement or I could pay for an upgrade, as originally requested, this worker said she only will talk to management, that no one else could. In the end, the same exact item was sent back to me. Thus, I mailed in a faulty item in which the same item was mailed back in the end. Highly recommend this company not be sought for purchases as they spent more time convincing a customer they were wrong. Will not use Batter Tender, also called Deltran ever again.

I now have 3 of the battery maintainers. Have them on my UTV, yard tractor, and motorcycle over the winter months. Appear to work very well, in the spring the batteries are well charged up and ready to go to work.
