I’ve worked with these many times in other people’s trucks as their RV add in battery box and I got this one to put in my boat to stow the battery away under a bench. It’s a nice thick gauge steel with quality hardware included, assembly required of course it it will do the job it’s intended for without question.
Definitely worth it if ya need a way to securely mount a battery without worrying about it as you’re driving or boating.

This is 1 of 2 diffferent battery mounts that I have recently tested. Both battery mounts were almost exactly the same in terms of size, but with a few differences that, in my opinion, place this one just a little bit lower on my list.
The good:
-Matter black finish
-no sharp edges and patterns that allow for an alternative straping methods
-Very solid
Con:
More expensive and didn’t include battery terminals vs the other kit I tested that was $5 cheaper.
Gets 4.5 stars, still a solid kit and I like this powdered coated finish more more than the shiny painted finish on the other one.

Large holes, yet don’t line up with very small screws and washers provided. Have a good drill and additional assembly bolts nuts and washers. Then it was OK
