These relays must not be tested at the factory. The originally purchased relay did not latch and its replacement did not latch. Bench tested both and both failed. The relays will actuate but then turn off when you let go of the switch (will not latch). Huge disappointment. I had to go with a different style latching relay as different sellers appear to all be selling from the same manufacturer. New out of the box – fail – times two.

I replaced my defective solenoid on my motorhome with this exact same part number solenoid. When it didn’t fix the problem I had a mobile tech come to figure out what was wrong. After a lot of testing he decided it was a defective new solenoid. The bill was $478, and the company that sells this item refused to reimburse me for my mobile tech bill. Do not do business with this company.

It doesn’t work…and after looking at other reviews to see if it was just the one I received or an overall problem, turns out I’m not the only one – might not want to get this one!
